How can I order chemicals for my hot tub?

Can I still order a hot tub?
Yes we are still able to process orders over the phone.
Will I be able to see it before I order?
Unfortunately not as our showrooms have to remain closed. We do have the ability to use Zoom to “show” you the hot tub if we have it on display in our showroom. We also have videos of most models on our website.
Can I still have a hot tub delivered?
In most cases yes although we are assessing each install individually. Home delivery of goods is still permitted provided it requires no more than two people and they are able to observe the 2m social distancing requirements. We must ask that you remain indoor while the installation is being carried out. If your installation is more complex and would involve extra manpower or equipment then it would not be possible at this time.
Can I still order a gazebo with my hot tub?
We are still taking orders for our Gazebo packages however we will not be able to install the gazebo at the moment. We will be able to install the hot tub (see answer above) but the building of the gazebo will have to be done once the current restrictions are lifted.
Can I book a service or repair on my hot tub?
Unfortunately not, our service technicians are currently not operating. We are keeping the decision under constant review and it will resume as soon as we are able.
In response to new government restrictions announced on 23rd March our showrooms are now closed until further notice. Our phone lines are open Mon to Fri 9am until 5pm and we have staff available to offer telephone support.
